Wow, this has made a difference in my sleep. I was a bit of a CBD skeptic, but my doctor carries this at her office so figured I would give it a shot. I take the natural tincture every night before bed. The flavor is mildly hempy but pleasant. I have noticed a difference in the effect if I hold it under my tongue versus swallowing it. On nights when I take the tincture I experience a very deep sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I have a 6 month old so a good night’s sleep gets me through the day. My doctor recommended taking the product every day for its anti-inflammatory effects, not sure how about that, its too soon to tell, but I can vouch that it is very relaxing and you wake up feeling great. My mom takes the pills and enjoys those as well.

I made a comment under the 200mg about this 400mg. I don’t know what more I can say about this product. If you are aching, especially in your knees, you need to try it. I have already ordered 2 bottles and that’s how much I truly stand by this by this product. I like the peppermint better because of its taste. Don’t believe me…..TRY IT!
